The Call
A call or mail describing what matters. We answer that day whether it is in scope and what date could fit a look.
The Look
The survey settles scope: board condition, cable routes, access, tenant notes. Hidden things surface here, in the reset.
The Price
The fixed written price. If the walls disagree with the survey, it becomes a written variation - agreed before anything extra is done.
The Finish
Installation, testing, sign-off where the regulations require it - and the documents shared with you the same day we finish.

Schedule questions, answered dryly.
How long things take, and what causes the timeline to shift.
When does the quote arrive?
Same or next working day in writing. A range on the phone never becomes the price.
How long is a typical job?
Boards and single circuits fit days; whole-property work takes longer, particularly above ground floor.
Can you diagnose during the first call?
Sometimes a fault announces itself clearly enough to plan the visit around. Deeper causes are only confirmed on site - the phone narrows, it never fixes.
Is sign-off included?
Where the law needs it - for instance on circuits that are added or altered - it is part of the agreed scope.
A short call sets the schedule.
