What does a condition check cost?
Landlord reports sit in a defined range and can sometimes be quoted directly - the survey still applies for anything adding or altering circuits.
Is the paperwork handled?
Work needing certification as Part P or building regulations is carried out accordingly, and the paperwork is arranged as part of the job - never treated as an afterthought after the bill.
What if wiring turns out strange?
Yes. Old boards, buried wires and caches of pipes wait to be found - the variation route keeps all of it documented and priced before work continues.
What fills the diary most?
Consumer units, charge points and condition reports take most of the diary. The rest of the time is jobs behind them.
